Insidious: The Red Door Review

The final chapter in the Insidious story is The Red Door directed by Patrick Wilson. Stars Patrick Wilson, Ty Simpkins, and Rose Byrne in the final film. As Josh’s mother is being laid to rest and Dalton is getting ready to head off to college. Josh has been in a fog with his mind, and it has taken a tow on his life.

The father son relationship is very broken, and both do not understand each other. A mind block on them is reach a breaking point with Josh dealing with the loss of his mother as well as Josh leaving to school. Dalton is about meet his dream art teacher who will not know open back his mind. Eah will have to come face to face with what haunts them as well each other. The truth of what they both have dealt with and will have to deal with is upon them now.

A fitting end to the film series in my opinion a good point to end I feel. A 7 out of 10 I give it a good ending for the most part I would have liked more of a good versus evil fight to close it out. It does fall into the way the film series started so I am ok with it. The film does give a lot of closer to key points in the story which is always a great thing. Fans of the series should be happy with its ending. Be sure to finish the story and see the ending of Insidious: The Red Door out now on digital.
