Blaine’s “I Ain’t Making That Up” Music Video allows viewers to take a sneak peek at the country singer’s upbringing in small-town New York through real, intimate home videos. With shots of Holcomb playing his six-string interspersed throughout, the personal touch of getting to know the boy that the man once was drives home the lyrics of the song. The most touching clips are of Holcomb performing for local audiences as early as 2005 with the same passion he currently possesses. “I Ain’t Making That Up” shows that dreams really can come true, and the risk was certainly worth the reward for Holcomb.
