We were able to get a review code for Headbangers: Rhythm Royale for Season 2 on our Xbox Series S. Headbangers was able to download real quick to our console. There wasn’t much space needed onto the console which I was excited for as space is king. Headbangers booted up real quick on my console and I was able to login to play.
Our Thoughts
Pro:
- Spectator Mode
- I enjoyed Spectator Mode as I’m able to watch others compete when I lose. While they are competing, I’m able to study how they play those specific levels in the game and actually performed better afterwards. Spectator mode was able to give me a better view of how to play certain levels during the mini games.
- Season 2
- Season 2 brought on new additional levels, character items, and better updates to the controls. I felt the controls much better to use with Season 2 than Season 1. The additional levels were fun and exciting that I played for a few hours straight.
Con:
- Too many bots in lobby
- I noticed during a few games there were more bots than players. I was hoping for more players in the game, I know I played earlier in the day so that may have contributed to many people not online to play the game. The bots were pretty good in the game and I still got eliminated lol.
