GRUPO FRONTERA REIGNS TRIUMPHANT TAKING HOME BEST REGIONAL MEXICAN DUO OR GROUP AT THE 2024 LATIN AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS

LOS ANGELES, CA (April 26, 2024) – The renowned música Mexicana band Grupo Frontera scored big at this year’s Latin American Music Awards taking home the award for Best Duo Or Group – Regional Mexican. The música Mexicana sensations were among the top nominated artists of the night, continuing to prove that this genre is ever-growing, with them at the forefront.

After skyrocketing to stardom with their viral TikTok cover of “No Se Va,” the group has amassed major success. Earlier this year, the group performed a medley of “Quedate Bébe” and “ALV” alongside Arcángel at Premio Lo Nuestro where they also took home two awards for Mexican Music – New Artist Group or Duo and Mexican Music – Group of Duo of the Year in February. This month alone, the band has hit New York City for an electric live debut performance of “Ya Pedo Quién Sabe,” originally recorded alongside Christian Nodal, on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and made history as the first Mexican artists to grace the cover of The FADER Magazine, where they also teased their upcoming album “Jugando Que No Pasa Nada” coming this spring. Fresh off their headlining performance at Besame Mucho Festival in Austin, Texas, Grupo Frontera continues to show their dominance in the music industry.
