For All Mankind Season One Review.

For All Mankind is a series that takes a What if look at the race to land on the moon. It gives a unique look at what could have been in the space race. Created by Ronald D. Moore, Matt Wolpert, and Ben Nedivi Starring Joel Kinnaman, Michael Dorman, and Shantel VanSanten. A look into the lives of the astronauts and their families. Each episode intensifies as we look at their fight to make the next Apollo launch. The toll it takes on them and their families.

The first season gives us 10 episodes that range from landing on the moon to putting the first American woman in space. A battle with the Solvent Union to control the moon and space. The season is filled with drama and every emotion as we look at the lives that are intertwined to make these launches happen.

A great first season that will hook you from the first episode and not let go. The wave of emotions is vast as we start to connect with the characters. I give this first season an 8.5 out of 10 for the stories and the look at what could have been. For each character, we start to see the complex lives they live and how they affect their family. This is an Acclaimed Series that comes out on BLU-RAY on November 14th from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
