Despite the devastation of 2020, Alabama pop star Bailey Coats has helped shine light in the darkest of times through her uplifting, light-hearted pop anthems. Now, Bailey is joining forces with Alabama’s Lyric Theatre for a musical fundraiser, to help bring life back to the legendary theatre.
Speaking more on the event, Bailey explained:
I am beyond thrilled to get to partner with The Lyric Theatre on this fundraiser! To have the opportunity to perform on this timeless stage and give back to a place that has inspired and served so many is utterly humbling. Historical venues like The Lyric are so rare and it is our responsibility as patrons of the arts, and as creatives, to give back to a place that has served our community for over a century.
Bailey’s journey begun at just 13 years old, when she was told by a talent show judge to give up on her dreams of making it in music. Although this crushed her, Bailey kept fighting for her place in the industry and soon became a viral pop star. Her story reached thousands of aspiring young musicians and lead to her building the hugely loyal following that she has today.
Accompanying her fundraiser appearance for The Lyric Theatre, Bailey is also delivering her fans another perfectly crafted pop anthem, ‘Stranger Things’. Working with vocal coach Robert “RAab” Stevenson (Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, Pharrell Williams, etc), Grammy-award winning producer Wirlie Morris and renowned songwriter Traci Hale, Bailey has a strong team around her that never fails to deliver addictive pop tracks, complete with Baileys captivating vocals.
Speaking more on ‘Stranger Things’ Bailey explained:
“Stranger things” is about having a renewed perception of your future. We all experience seasons of life where we feel like we are simply going through the motions and 2020 has been that season for so many of us. We are alive, but we aren’t truly living. But, despite every hardship, there is always hope for the future, new beginnings, and new seasons.
Having already laid solid foundations since her debut, Bailey is only just getting started. Expect to see a lot more from this rising pop sensation as she climbs higher and higher with every release.
