I was given the chance to play The Texas Chainsaw Massacre The Game in their technical test. This game comes from developers Gun and follows the legendary 197 4 Tobe Hopper film The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. As a huge horror fan, this game was on my radar from its announcement.

I was able to play the game via their Technical Test which was a weekend free test event. This was not a full-game version game. Gameplay was amazing and lived up to the hype it gave a vibe that one was in the film. It felt like you were being hunted or you were doing the hunting. Seeing these iconic characters of the film in-game and being able to play them felt unreal.

Each one has its own traits as well as the victims also have their traits to surive. Making for a team effort to escape the nightmare. The game was fun and fast pace even with one having to be stealthy to make it out alive.

I enjoyed the game very much and looking forward to the full release coming later this year. Excited to play the full version this taste of the game left me wanting more. For horror fans, this is a must-play, and for non-horror fans as well.
