Pre-Orders Now Available for the First Ever Console Game Inspired by the Widely Popular Manga and Anime JUJUTSU KAISEN
IRVINE, Calif., – Oct. 11, 2023 – Leading video game publisher and developer Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. today revealed the launch date for JUJUTSU KAISEN CURSED CLASH, a 3D action brawler based on the wildly popular manga and anime JUJUTSU KAISEN. Beginning Feb. 2, 2024, players will be able to fight their way to save the world on PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch™, and PC via STEAM®. In this debut game based on the IP, players can relive the original story and action of JUJUTSU KAISEN with protagonist Yuji Itadori and a cast of memorable characters. In JUJUTSU KAISEN CURSED CLASH, players will form two-character teams to fight in exhilarating and intense battles to defend humanity against monsters known as Curses in modern-day Tokyo at Jujutsu High. Different character combinations will have unique synergies and power dynamics, resulting in a wide range of powerful tag-team attacks, explosive combinations and more. “Cursed techniques” can be mastered by completing battles to increase each fighter’s power level, which unlocks stronger attacks as they progress. JUJUTSU KAISEN CURSED CLASH features over 15 playable fighters, including fan-favorite characters: Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Gojo Satoru, Maki Zen’in, Toge Inumaki, Panda and the legendary King of Curses, Ryomen Sukuna.
