The first look at the expansion comes exactly two years after ELDEN RING™—the world created by FromSoftware, Inc. director Hidetaka Miyazaki and George R. R. Martin, author of the masterpiece fantasy series “A Song of Ice and Fire”—released to broad critical acclaim, having won numerous prestigious awards around the world, including Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2022, Golden Joystick Awards 2022, 26th D.I.C.E. Awards, and the 2023 Game Developers Choice Awards, and many other distinctions. In ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree players step into the Land of Shadow to explore a new adventure full of mysteries and danger, to confront threatening bosses with new weapons and armor. ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree is offering different versions for the millions of Tarnished who took on the original as well as new players, who will need the base game to play. The following editions are now available for preorder; unless noted otherwise below, the base game is not included with purchase.

Base Editions

• ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree – the standard version of the expansion, available digitally on all platforms.

• ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree Edition –Special packaged bundle including the ELDEN RING base game (disc) and the ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree expansion (digital); physical retail versions are available only for PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S; available digitally on all platforms.

Premium Editions

• Premium Bundle – includes the ELDEN RING Shadow of the Erdtree expansion and comes with digital art book and digital soundtrack bonus content for the expansion. Available digitally on all platforms.
