THE RISING STAR RECENTLY RELEASED A NEW SINGLE

FEATURING MEXICAN POP STAR PATY CANTÚ

The biggest night in Latin music will kick off with performances by Bruses with Elsa y Elmar. Nominated for their collaboration on “Qué Voy A Hacer Conmigo?”, the duo will perform at the premiere of this year’s edition of the Latin Grammy awards, happening this week in Las Vegas. The artist from Tijuana was nominated twice, one for Best Pop/Rock Album with “Monstruos”, and one, and for Best Pop/Rock Song with “Qué Voy A Hacer Conmigo?”, with Elsa y Elmar.

The Latin GRAMMY Premiere will be followed by the 23rd Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards®, airing live on Univision at 8 p.m. ET/PT (7 p.m. CT); on cable channel TNT at 19.00 (MEX) / 20.00 (PAN-COL) / 21.00 (VEN) / 22.00 (ARG/CHI/BRAZIL), and on Televisa Channel 5. The show will also be available on HBO Max in Spanish only.

Also this month, Bru, as her fans endearingly call her, was part of the Latin Women in Music panel at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, where she shared the stage with Karla Ortiz (CEO of MNRK Entertainment), Suzy Exposito (LA Times music critic) and Leah Turner (Country singer-songwriter).

The panel was moderated by Sandra Peña from Mega 96.3 FM. The GRAMMY Museum hosted the panel to encourage and celebrate the development and success of Latin women in the music industry and the ways in which they are impacting their communities through music.

Bruses is a singer and songwriter originally from Tijuana, Baja California. Her songs combine elements of Pop, Rock, Punk Emo, New-Alt and Electro Pop. During the last years, she has collaborated as an author with a large number of friends and colleagues. The releases of the past months add up to more than 50 Million streams only on Spotify. Her singles “Amor Desechable” and “Dueles Tan Bien” were placed as favorites for listeners and tiktokers during the summer of 2021, and she has collaborated with artists such as Carlos Sadness, Elsa y Elmar, Leon Leiden, Donovan, Caztro and Los Petitfellas. She has become an internet icon, we have seen her develop her career on platforms, especially on TikTok where she has more than 3 million followers and more than 50 million likes, which earned her the “Favorite Emerging Artist” award of the 2022 TikTok Awards.
