(Nashville, TN): Artist, personality, and singer-songwriter Ashlie Amber releases new single “Money.” The single is now available on all digital streaming platforms, and you can listen to it here.

After her smash hit “Chevy” graced 6 editorial playlists, CMT, EarMilk, and American Songwriter, country vogue queen Ashlie Amber is back with another hit titled “Money.”

Ashlie shares, “Money’ gives all of the same Sam Hunt and Walker Hayes vibes but from a playful female lens! It’s a country cocktail with all the trimmings – Oregon, banjo, and twang. Kudos to Ilya Toshinskiy (Jelly Roll, Carrie Underwood, Taylor Swift, Thomas Rhett, Florida Georgia Line, Kacey Musgraves) for nailing the production; in my book, it might just be the crown jewel of my debut EP’s (03.01.24) country offerings.”

Effortlessly blending together elements of country with pop, Ashlie has fun with this upbeat tune. Layered over a beat that makes you want to get up and dance, Ashlie sings about someone being more important to her than all the money in the world.

The loud ringing of an old time cash register kicks off the start of this spirited dance song. A simple melody is played on an electric guitar and blends seamlessly with the addicting pop beat. The verses all consist of Ashlie recognizing that she doesn’t have the most luxurious or expensive possessions, but as long as she has the love of her life, she’s set for life. She uses lyrics like “Ain’t a mansion with a view / But that’s okay because I got you” and “Ain’t got a lot but we’re doing alright.” The chorus comes to a point with Ashlie belting out “Wouldn’t trade a million dollars for ya, honey!” Listeners can feel the energy and the love that Ashlie is exuding in her lyrics. She doesn’t care about the material things, she just wants to have a good time, passionate about who she is with.
