For Immediate Release: September 8, 2023 – We’re 8 days away from Shaq’s first large-scale bass music festival in partnership with Disco Donnie Presents – Shaq’s Bass All Stars – which will welcome over 10,000 fans to Panther Island in Fort Worth, Texas on September 16. Today, they are excited to announce their collaboration with the new auction platform Amplifyd to offer fans the chance to bid on exclusive experiences at the festival, all while benefiting the Tarrant County and North Texas Food Bank.
Attendees can bid to experience energy to the fullest by headbanging in the DJ booth with Shaq, rock out and meet guitar god Sullivan King and even win one of his signed guitars, or prepare for the ultimate fitness showdown with a Backstage Bootcamp Experience hosted by Kai Wachi! Check out all experiences on Amplifyd.
Additionally, the festival will host a Long Range Basketball activation, where fans can shoot 3-pointers to benefit the food banks, too. Make three successful shots, and you’ll earn yourself a collectible limited edition event poster!
With a stellar lineup personally curated by SHAQ himself, the festival will feature more than 15 of SHAQ’s chosen All-Stars including Alison Wonderland, Sullivan King, Kai Wachi, Crankdat, and many more across two stages. Shaq, Donnie, and the talented artists involved are committed to making an impact in the local community, not only through the festival but also through these auctions and financial support for charitable causes.
We are thrilled that Amplifyd gives artists and brands the ability to auction one-of-a-kind experiences, collectibles and memorabilia, deepening the connection and relationship they share with their fans .” – Dan Willis (Amplifyd CEO)
DIESEL Biography:
Globally recognized as “The World’s Biggest DJ,” the NBA Hall of Famer first discovered dance music after crashing TomorrowWorld festival in 2014 and that event changed his life forever after being exposed to DJs such as Tiesto, Steve Aoki, Skrillex. Shaquille has been passionate about music from a very young age – at just 14 after O’Neal saw Public Enemy live for the first time, sandwiched in a crowd of 5,000 people, he became fixated on DJ’ing. He cut his neighbors’ grass, walked dogs, and scraped together any cash that he could until he saved up $200 to buy his first set of turntables at a local pawn shop. Fast forward to today, DIESEL is a global bass music producer and artists who has toured across festivals such as Tomorrowland Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Electric Forest, EDC, secured a residency at The Wynn in Las Vegas, and launched his personal festival – Shaq’s Fun House.
