ATLANTA – JUNE 21 – Today, Paladins has released its Anniversary Update as community celebrates the 5th year of its official release. For this special occasion, the players get all the gifts!
The new, FREE for all Anniversary Pass grants dozens of rewards just for playing matches of Paladins. These include an animated Loading Frame, Title, Death Stamp, and more – plus one roll of the new Anniversary Chest that contains 5 new ‘Celebrant’ skins.
Complete with a weapon, the Celebrant skins were created for the most iconic Champions in the game: Viktor, Androxus, Seris, Ying, and Maeve. All come with special elimination VFX that make every game a birthday party! Speaking about Maeve, the dagger-wielding cat burglar has just become an additional free Champion for everyone.
During the previous update, Paladins already paved the way for this full-scale celebration by giving away cosmetics.
Siege Remixed
Players get to return to Paladins’ past with this remastered variant of Classic Siege dating back from the game’s closed beta!
- This exciting mode features 3 MASSIVE maps: Enchanted Forest, Temple Ruins, and Glacier Keep! The Paladins team is excited to bring them back in a new light. These OG maps were later split and reformed into 7 of the existing Paladins maps you know and love.
- At the beginning of each round, 1 of 3 possible capture points activates, resulting in diverse payload paths. Players will need to coordinate with their team to figure out effective strategies depending on each point.
- Due to the huge size of the maps, remounting is enabled – make the most of this signature feature in Paladins.
