Thailand and Türkiye Regions Added to Global CBT Updates As Extraction Looter Shooter Aims for Global Launch
MAY 9, 2023 – Global game developer MoreFun Studios, a subsidiary of Tencent Games, has announced that their mobile tactical first-person shooter Arena Breakout will be launching an update to the Global Closed Beta today on Android and iOS mobile devices. This Global CBT will be open to players in over ten countries, adding Thailand and Türkiye as new regions.
With ground-breaking next-gen mobile graphics that rival PC titles, in-depth firearm customization featuring 700+ modifications, and intense immersive firefights, Arena Breakout breaks the mold of casual shooters by delivering a thrilling hardcore tactical FPS experience that will satisfy a new generation of mobile gamers.
New Arena Breakout Features
The MoreFun development team has been paying attention to the player feedback during Closed Beta Tests and has implemented new features for this current Global CBT, including:
Trophy Room – A personal space to show off to your friends and bask in the glory of all your loot. Display collectibles, weapons, badges and more.
Female Character Models – Players can now choose female character models in the Character Creator.
Kill Cam – New replay feature that allows players to watch their last moments alive on the battlefield and learn from their enemies, as well as assist in reporting suspicious activity.
Team Lending – Give your squad a helping hand with shared supplies… sharing is caring!
Custom Quick Chat – Choose voice commands that can be quickly utilized in-game via the customize menu.
Quick Equip – Gear up and get into the Dark Zone fast with the quick equip system.
Armor Case Storage Improvements – Armor Case storage now allows for rolled up equipment.
With today’s Global CBT launch, a special “Returner Rewards” system will be initiated. Players that registered for previous Arena Breakout Closed Beta Tests and who participate in this updated Global CBT will be recognized as a “Returner” member. “Returners” will be given additional rewards of Koen, gear, and weapon bundles based on XP and Koen storage during update.
Returner Rewards are only eligible for players using the same account from previous Arena Breakout betas that create a character during the first week of Global CBT (guest accounts are not supported – only accounts created using Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or email). To enable more players to enjoy the unique tactical experience no matter what mobile device they use, a LITE version of Arena Breakout is also available in GooglePlay that requires only 800MB of memory that delivers the same intense and thrilling shoot and loot experience.
