Vic from Drop The Spotlight was able to sit down with RZR showrunner David Bianchi to discuss art, storytelling and much more. David Bianchi goes into discussion of his new sci fi series RZR that will be debuting on April 14 on GALA. We learn more about his progression as a creator and the type of vision his project became that will leave viewers stunned.
RZR:
The series is a sci-thriller that takes you into a dystopian world of neural implants, artificial intelligence and the underbelly of black-market crime which debuted its trailer in Hall-H during San Diego Comic-Con last summer. Led by creator, executive producer, and co-writer David Bianchi (Queen of the South) who plays the title role of Grimm and rounding out the cast with major players such as Richard Cabral, Danny Trejo, Emilio Rivera, Christopher Marquette and Mena Suvari, the series will leave viewers questioning whether mankind can evoke good or simply reap destruction on itself through the power of artificial intelligence. GALA will launch the newest platform – free to viewers – on April 14th with the series – rolling out the first two episodes with launch and subsequently following with the remaining six episodes.
