Disclosure we have received this game to review on our Xbox One. All opinions are honest and to the point. 

As a horror fan, we love to see a bit of mystery in the storylines for video games. This next game we tried on our Xbox One was one for the books. This game included some great deal of mystery and of course had us by our neckbeards.  The game we tried was Achtung! Cthulhu Tactics is a game based on the lore from H.P. Lovecraft and includes land of WW2.

We start the game out as we travel around the lands during our mission. We encounter some soldiers that we take care of with our weapons. I fully recommend if you haven’t, to do the introduction and learn the controls, we didn’t and it took us a while to learn how to shoot, fire and switch between people. Don’t be like us and do the tutorials.

After we took care of those soldiers, we met up with more people to join our mission. We all travel together until we encounter more soldiers. We engage these soldiers and it does take time to maneuver each member to be in the cross hairs of these soldiers. We were able to eliminate these soldiers and exit our first mission. The story has more questions than answers that we encountered in this first mission.
