Today (October 6th), you can catch the Heavy Metal team at the Heavy Metal State of the Union panel from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST in Room 408 at New York Comic Con. Heavy Metal has been the premier home for science fiction, fantasy, and horror for 45 years. From the world’s greatest illustrated magazine, to comics, to the legendary animated film. But what’s next? Join some of the biggest names at Heavy Metal as they discuss the future of the legendary brand. Panelists are Matthew Medney (Heavy Metal’s CEO; writer: Beyond Kuiper, Dark Wing, The Adventures of Adrienne James), Tommy Coriale (Heavy Metal’s President and Head of Studio), Joseph Illidge (Heavy Metal’s Executive Editor; writer: MPLS Sound), Blake Northcott (writer: Arena Mode, Heavy Metal Magazine, Catwoman), and Kris Longo (Heavy Metal’s Associate Publisher & Chief Sales Officer).
