Figment: Journey Into The Mind Xbox Series S Review

I was able to play Figment: Journey Into The Mind on my Xbox Series S. The game was added to the Xbox Game Pass, so I was able to download the game free onto my console. The game downloaded pretty fast onto my console, which wasn’t didn’t take too much space on my hard drive.

You start off wanting to find ice for your character’s drink and then evolves into this scary monster stealing your art book. You chase after this monster, while learning more of ourself and surroundings. I enjoyed the game briefly, but I got bored after a while. This is good for people who enjoy puzzle type games.

Pro:

  • Music
    • I enjoyed the soundtrack to the game. While on my journey through various levels, the sound track got better and enjoyable. I would even say I would jam to the music offline.
  • Free on Game Pass
    • What can I say? I was able to try this game out on Xbox Game Pass.

Con:

  • Backtracking
    • After using a piece to finish a puzzle, I sometimes would need that piece. No matter how far I got in that level, I would have to backtrack back to find that piece and take it with me to use for another puzzle. This can be a little bit annoying as I’m trying to beat the game while having to handle those situations.

Rating: 6 out of 10
