Tokyo, Minato Ward – August 5, 2020 –  MAGES. is proud to announce that the brand new Japanese-Style Swordplay Battle Action game “Ogre Tale” will be available for download on Steam/PC starting August 20, 2020. The Steam page goes live today. Ogre Tale will be published on Steam through DEGICA via their video game brand, “DEGICA GAMES.”

This game features Japanese ‘Chanbara’ or swordplay style action. Intuitive controls and gameplay makes diving into this game as simple as hop-step-slash! But that doesn’t mean the game has nothing for the seasoned veterans – Ogre Tale’s mechanics are easy-to-pick-up and hard-to-master.

  Choose between three Onigashima sisters (Ran, Hana, Yume) each with their own unique fighting style.

  Our heroes must clear a wide range of stages and progress through the wacky, often 4th wall destroying story, to gain the strength to best their archnemesis, Momotaro.

  Up to three players at once can join the fray in this chaotic frenzy of a mode, wherein a number of enemies not seen anywhere else can be encountered.
