Hello! My name is Cesar Soto and I recently graduated from UTSA with a Bachelor’s in Communications (Go ‘Runners!). All my life, I’ve loved all things entertainment. Movies, music, and video games are all things that have provided me an escape from reality and an inspiration for creativity that I would have never thought was possible. What I will bring to Drop the Spotlight is that same passion that I have felt for art for all my life and looking to share that with our audience who share those same passions.
