Troy Baker and Laura Bailey host the 40th Golden Joystick Awards Ceremony

08:00 PST / 11:00 EST / 16:00 GMT Monday, November 21 2022: The 40th Golden Joystick Awards will be hosted by actors Laura Bailey and Troy Baker (Joel and Abby in The Last of Us). Viewers can watch the winners revealed when the ceremony is broadcast on Twitch, YouTube and GamesRadar at 12.00 PST, 15.00 EST and 20.00 GMT on Tuesday, November 22.

Over 3 million public votes have been cast in 18 categories and two new awards introduced this year ‘Best Early Access Launch’ and ‘Best Game Trailer’. Show highlights will include:

  • Hosted by actors, Laura Bailey and Troy Baker, well known for working together as Joel and Abby in The Last of Us.
  • Special guests and previous winners from across the gaming world will present over 20 Golden Joystick Awards to this year’s winners, including Studio of the Year, Ultimate Game of the Year and Best Game Community. 
  • Exclusive trailers for upcoming games, including some surprise announcements and special guests
  • A special video celebrating ’40 Years of the Golden Joystick Awards’
