The Adventures of Panzer: Legacy Collection Nintendo Switch Review

After nearly a decade; the legendary raid leader, General Panzer returns from his mysterious hiatus. Rejoined by his trusty lieutenant, Blarghe, the two of them set off on an incredible adventure to revisit their old raid team members. The Legacy Collection features two games that will offer anybody hours of gameplay and challenges.

We were able to get a review code of The Adventures of Panzer: Legacy Collection for our Nintendo Switch. I was able to download quite quickly to my Switch. The two games weren’t too big on my system which provided much relief for my SD card. I started off first with Adventures with Panzer 1 and then Panzer 2 to continue the story and playing the game. I enjoyed playing both games as they provided much retro relief to my mind. I felt like I was back on my Game Boy days playing some 2D hits! I enjoyed the ability to swamp between Blarghe and Panzer during the games as well as saving my progress in the game.

Our Thoughts

Pro:

  • Ability To Swap Characters
    • I enjoyed switching between the characters during the game. I liked how I can use there certain abilities against certain enemies. This gave me an advantage against those certain enemies and continued my characters passing through the levels.
  • Saving
    • I died a lot in the game lol! I know I had to restart to a certain part of the level in the game. I enjoyed saving my progress for my character to play another day as well as not have to endure going back over and over again.

Con:

  • Longer
    • I wish the game was longer! I wanted to continue to playing each title much longer as it was fascinating. I liked how the story was going and destroying my enemies. This is fun!

Rating: 8 out of 10
