Los Angeles (January 18, 2024) – After an unstoppable record-shattering year, Peso Pluma makes historic debuts at multiple festivals across the globe in 2024.

“I am honored to have the privilege to participate in so many iconic festivals this year and to continue spreading música Mexicana across the globe. Showing the world what my country has to offer has been one of the most rewarding experiences of this journey, and I am looking forward to bringing additional awareness to our music and to continue raising the Mexican flag,” said Peso Pluma.

Yesterday, Peso Pluma became the highest debut Latin artist in Coachella history, where he will perform just prior to Lana Del Rey on Friday, April 12 and 19. In March, he will make his first appearance at the iconic Viña Del Mar Festival in Chile, the largest festival in Latin America. To close out the month, he will headline Tecate Pal Norte Friday, March 29 in Monterrey, Mexico, a festival which garners over 150,000 fans, alongside Kendrick Lamar.

In addition, this spring and summer Peso will take the stage as headliner in major cities, including the famed Governors Ball music festival in New York City alongside SZA on Sunday, June 9. Plus, additional festivals will be announced in the coming weeks.

Peso Pluma continues to pave the way for música Mexicana, taking his culture, authenticity and unique sounds across the globe.

In 2023, he landed multiple songs on the top of the charts, and his third album “GÉNESIS” became the most streamed first-day música Mexicana release in Spotify and Apple Music history. He broke Bad Bunny’s record on Hot Latin Songs chart with 25 simultaneous titles and became the first artist to reach number one on the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global 200 Excl. US with two different songs. Peso Pluma was the most awarded artist at the 2023 Billboard Latin Awards with a total of eight awards, where he also performed. In addition, he became the first Mexican act to perform on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and at the MTV VMAs where he had three nominations in 2023. He was also recently named GQ Mexico’s “Hombre del Año” (Man of the Year) and was honored as one of TIME’s 100Next.
