Monterrey (February 9, 2024) – Expressing ourselves as individuals will always be important, but what happens when three childhood friends seek to spread the same message? Perdón Amor is formed. The trio, consisting of “mntr,” “FERRR” and “Soldi Rosa,” release two debut singles under SLOWLY Entertainment and music label “Incondicional” named “Ojeras” and “Disimular,” which are now available on all streaming platforms.

Perdón Amor serve as messengers through their lyrics and instrumentals. Their music attempts to answer simple questions: “Why does it hurt?” and “Why do I love?” As a result, Perdón Amor aim to share their perspective in a way that resonates with how their generation (Generation Z) feels, comprehends and understands love.

Understanding that there’s only one chance to make a debut, they decided it was best to start their musical careers with a bang, planning to release 4 double singles (8 tracks) during February, all of which are accompanied by enticing lyrics, eclectic production, and a lot of heart and soul.

The first two singles showcase this range of emotions. As the lead single of the first double singe, “Ojeras” demonstrates the trio’s most sensitive capabilities, with guitars that could evoke anything from R&B  stars like Jorja Smith to genre pioneers like TLC, whose members lament over a love which, no matter how close it seems, it feels like it is miles away. “With what you tell me, you strike me, How is it that you don’t feel anything?”

On the other hand, “Disimular” shows us the other side of the story, a place where the protagonist likes to explore a more egocentric and individualistic side, with sounds much more extreme that we can recognize in the music from artists such as Sen Senra or Ralphie Choo. Perdón Amor could not speak more clearly in this track, “I don’t need anything from you, please understand. The roles have changed, I’m no longer chasing your love.”
