Los Aptos, the talented Mexican-American trio known for hits such as “Enamorado” and “Tu Me Llevas a Un Espacio,” is set to make waves next week as part of De Los showcase presente by the L.A .Times, an anticipated showcase at the world-renowned SXSW festival in Austin, Texas.
Taking place at La Factoria on March 15, the showcase will feature a curated selection of artists who are revolutionizing the contemporary landscape of Latin music.
2024 marks the second consecutive year that Los Aptos will perform at SXSW and during its appearance this year, the popular band is sure to once again thrill everyone in attendance with the cutting-edge regional Mexican fusion that has made it one of the most exciting groups on the market today.
With this news, Los Aptos continues to build on the momentum it gained last year with the release of its acclaimed album “Descifrar” and its unforgettable performances at music festivals throughout the United States and Mexico, including Lollapalooza in Chicago, Festival Arre in Mexico City, and Festival Viva Pomona in Los Angeles.
After receiving distinction as one of Pandora’s 2024 Latin Artists to Watch at the end of last year, Los Aptos kicked off the new year with the release of the single “Botellas,” an infectious electro-corrido that tackles the complicated emotions that we can experience when faced with debilitating heartbreak. The song will be included on the band’s forthcoming album alongside the single “Dices Me extrañas.”
