Hey, ya’ll! Your friendly editor Vic aka UTSADELI here with some thoughts of some recent games on Xbox Games Pass Ultimate. I am an AVID Xbox cronie so I have had a 360, Xbone, and now Xbox Series S.
I have been an Xbox Live / Game Pass Ultimate member for many years. Each game they would highlight or add, I would try and play those various games at home. I am so thankful for this as I found games that I dig just by trying them out and found games that I would have wasted money on with no joy.
The games I have been enjoying recently are in our video game review section, you may want to check out those reviews. I had a lot of fun with some of those Xbox games. Lately though, I have been wasting time by downloading and playing (up to 20 minutes) games that just frustrate me to the point where I stop and delete the game at that instant. Each game is different as it may not part of my gaming palette, but each game deserves to be played with an open mind. No Hate here, just want you to know my personal opinion on them.
Here are the games (no particular order)
- The Lamplighters League
- I liked the story in 1930s but didn’t dig it.
- Head Bangers Rhythm Royale
- Could have been better and more fun
- Thirsty Suitors
- Not fun at all, removed after about 10 minutes of gameplay
- Payday 3
- Tried day 1 and didn’t work, so removed it
- From Space
- Wasn’t fun, I liked the concept but wasn’t for me.
- Battlefield 2042
- Tried so hard to like this, but at times, it was so boring
- Solar Ash
- I didn’t understand it, removed it after a few minutes
