b) #WinterParkGearUp is open to US residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of Winter Park & Fraser Chamber of Commerce, employees of prize sponsors and employees of companies involved in the giveaway/prize draw and their associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies, their families, agents, or anyone connected with the competition/prize draw. The prize drawings will take place every Monday, Wednesday & Friday starting July 03, 2015 and ending July 31, 2015 with the Grand Prize. Each entrant shall be entitled to make two (2) entries per day for each giveaway. In the event that Winter Park & Fraser Valley Chamber deems an entrant to have made more than 2 applications to enter or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the Promotion, the entrant shall be excluded from The Giveaway and consequently ineligible to win the Promotional Prize.
c) All prizes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Prize winners will be notified within 24 hours of each prize drawing. Winners shall receive their prize within 30 days of receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the prize.
d) In the event that the prize winner fails to respond within 30 days to email notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize and Winter Park & Fraser Chamber shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.
e) No cash alternative will be offered for any prizes.
f) Prizes can only be delivered to a valid US address.
g) The random prize draw decisions are final, including the grand prize drawing, and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
h) Winter Park & Fraser Chamber reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the #WinterParkGearUp giveaway if, in its sole judgment, The Giveaway is not capable of being conducted as specified.
