Only the Joker seems to be smiling throughout the film as intensity runs the gamut of action and emotion in Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One.

Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the feature-length animated Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One will be distributed by Warner Bros. Home Entertainment on Digital and Blu-ray on June 22, 2021.

The four new images from the film are:

Not that he smiles often, but Batman is particularly pushed to his most intense edges – by the Holiday Killer, the Joker, two mobs and a bevy of villains – in Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One. Jensen Ackles (Supernatural, The Boys) provides the voice of Batman.

Is he assisting in solving crimes, or simply toying with the crimefighters? Nobody is entirely certain where Calendar Man is concerned in Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One. David Dastmalchian (The Suicide Squad, Dune, Ant-Man, The Flash) provides the voice of Calendar Man.

Plagued by fear, depression and some dark secrets of her own, Gilda Dent has one of the most serious roles in Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One. Gilda is voiced by Julie Nathanson (Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay).

As a mob war builds to a crescendo, Carmine “The Roman” Falcone – leader of the most powerful crime syndicate in Gotham City – decides to align with an altogether different set of criminals as the Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One story unfolds. Titus Welliver (Bosch, Deadwood) gives voice to Falcone in.
