I was one of the lucky few that was able to find an Xbox Series S and order one online from Best Buy. For my first game to play, I choose to play Watch Dogs: Legion as it was free this past weekend through a trial. I wanted to experience a game for a next gen console and boy did I ever!
This is my first time playing this game but its fantastic! I don’t want to spoil much of the game but you need to sit down and play it! I had loads of fun playing this game and doing a bit of espionage as well.
Here is our review:
Pro:
- Next Gen Graphics
- Playing this game on my Xbox Series S, I was astonished on how well it looked on my television. I felt like I was there in London with how well the graphics emulated the city. The team did very well with the beautiful art in the game!
- Smooth Transitions
- The transitions from one cinematic video to another was just that…SMOOOOOOTH! I was in shock how well the game switched between the cinematic videos and then to the game play once it was ready.
- Good Story
- I never played a Watch Dogs game before but in the first 20 minutes of the game, I learned so much of the game and what was going on. I liked that after that situation was over in the beginning of the game, you were then taken to somewhere else to continue another storyline.
Con:
- Hard to Aim
- I had quite a difficult time making sure my aim to the bad guys was correct. I felt like I would shoot in the air while toggling my controller to aim correctly.
