TLB Records has announced the January 22 release of Brendan Sagalow‘s debut album, Not Now More Than Ever. SiriusXM has the exclusive premiere of the release, running throughout the long weekend. Hear Not Now More Than Ever in full on the Raw Dog Channel 99 Friday, January 15 at 2pm & 10pm ET, Saturday, January 16 at 8am & 8pm ET, Sunday, January 17 at 9am & 9pm ET, and Monday, January 18 at 10am ET.

Safely recorded on a Manhattan rooftop venue in the midst of the pandemic, Sagalow’s comedy album is a testament to the resilience of stand-up, proving that no virus can stop the force of New York comic cynicism. With equal parts confident social observations and cutting self-deprecation, Sagalow deftly and defiantly runs a great set in front of a hungry audience.

“I have been working for over ten years in stand up comedy preparing for this album,” says Sagalow of his inaugural release. “I named it Not Now More Than Ever because I felt that if I don’t pursue my dream of putting out a comedy record now, I may never get a chance to again. Then again, I probably shouldn’t because we are in the middle of something very serious, hence ‘Not-Now More than Ever’.”

Brendan Sagalow has been bringing his naturally funny and unique perspective across the country and to all the major elite clubs in Manhattan for over 10 years. In 2013 Brendan was a writer for MTV’s Joking Off and contributed jokes for the 2016 Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe.

Brendan’s been a recurring feature on many SiriusXM shows, such as Jim and Sam and Bennington on Raw Dog SiriusXM Channel 99, and was the winner of the 2015 New York Comedy Club Comedy Competition, and a finalist in New York’s Funniest at the famed Carolines Comedy Club.

Brendan continues, “I’m extremely proud of this project and I can’t wait for people to hear me tell jokes to an audience that was ready to laugh now more than ever.”
