Hello Puppets VR

Steam Oct 22

“Hello Puppets!” is a horror-comedy adventure that turns your hand into a living, talking puppet named Scout. Years ago, a bad Sesame Street knock-off called “Mortimer’s Handeemen” was canceled and forgotten, but the puppets from the show have come to life, they’re pure evil, and they have plans for you. Your only chance of escape is the somewhat-less-evil Scout. Work with Scout to find a way out of this freak show before it’s too late!

We have teamed up with Otherworld to bring their insanely innovative VR horror title to Steam. Hello Puppets made waves when it released earlier on Oculus, and we’re excited to help bring the franchise to SteamVR.

That’s not all though, as after we launch the SteamVR version on October 22nd, we will be revealing further plans surrounding the franchise. Stay tuned!

Happy’s Humble Burger Farm

“Fast Food Horror”

A few months ago, a little game called “Happy’s Humble Burger Barn” made a splash on Youtube. It was a free experimental game on itch. We’ve partnered up with Scythe Dev Team to create a “full” version of the game. Naturally, we decided to name it “Happy’s Humble Burger Farm”.

The easiest way to dsecribe it is “fast food horror”. You’re doing a night shift at a fast food joint. Things seem to go well, until they go terribly wrong. And yes, they go wrong when you don’t do well at packaging up orders. I had a nightmare about this.

There will be an updated playable teaser coming end of October. The Steam Page links to it!

Startup Panic

“Management Simulation”

Quit your job and build an exciting startup! Survive the tech bubble, compete with rival CEOs and expand your office from bedroom programmer up to the heights of global corporate sabotage! As long as you don’t get hacked… or kidnapped… Seems like nothing ever goes right for the protagonists of our games, huh?

Startup Panic is a tech company simulator, where you:

  • Build up your portfolio

  • Hire and manage new talents

  • Expand your office

  • Try not to panic when something inevitably goes wrong

  • Panic a lot

The demo is available on Epic Games Store right now and the full game is scheduled to be released in December 2020.

Hello Neighbor 2

Halloween Alpha

Hello Neighbor 2 train cannot be stopped! After the successful release of the Alpha 1 in July, we’re getting ready for the second iteration.

Halloween Alpha is dubbed Alpha 1.5 – for this one, the development team focused their attention inwards, improving the core gameplay mechanics, such as interactions with the Guest, AI behavior, puzzles, and open-world exploration. The alpha will be available, you guessed it, around Halloween.

Graveyard Keeper DLC

Game of Crone

Last Halloween Graveyard Keeper, a joyful and wholesome game about managing a cemetery and throwing bodies in the river, got a DLC called “Stranger Sins”. The players’ reception was phenomenal, so we’re happy to announce that for this Halloween we’re launching another major DLC, titled “Game of Crone”.

Game of Crone will be out on 27th, and it centers around investigating the mysterious death of your predecessor, as well as dealing with a vampire that is terrorizing a peaceful nearby village. The DLC will have 6-12 hours of gameplay and a bunch of new mechanics, such as building your own camp.

Undungeon

Arena

Recently we’ve been doing more and more playable teasers – they’re a great way to figure out what we’re doing right and what needs improvement with any given game. For Undungeon, we knew early on that the pixel art is amazing, but getting the gameplay right would be a challenge.

That is why on October 29th we’re releasing Undungeon: Arena on Steam. This demo is specifically geared towards getting the feel of the combat in the game. Let us know what you think in Steam reviews come October 29th!

Cartel Tycoon

More Big News

Cartel Tycoon, our druglord simulator, is getting some big news on October 29th. The game can be described as a child of the TV show Narcos and Cities: Skylines. Your drug empire won’t last, but you will build a new one on the ashes of the old in no-time. If that sounds like a fun time, be sure to subscribe to Cartel Tycoon newsletter at https://www.carteltycoon.com/ to get the news on October 29th!
