Horror rocks my socks off! I love watching horror movies, sci fi movies, and gory movies too! Everyone knows the lore for Texas Chainsaw Massacre and even have seen the movies multiple times. Now, there is a game to play on my PlayStation which features Leatherface in all his glory! You know I had to get my nails done before playing this game!
I was able to get a review code to try out The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Game on my PS5. The game downloaded pretty fast on my PS5 (Thank you Google Fiber) and was ready in just minutes. The game loaded up quickly and I was able to watch the videos that accompanied the game. The lore is pretty neat in this game as well as the graphics. I was able to choose either family or victims, but I started off as victims. I wanted to see the game through their eyes and oh man, the fear. The fear they got while trying to escape the house and basement was legit. I screamed a few times while playing the game. I did a quick review below but you have to try this game out. You will scream just like I did haha.

- Graphics
- I have to say that the graphics are so damn good! The smallest details of either the characters or the basement is so damn good. I have to say again: Damn good! I am very impressed with the design of the room, characters, and everything in between. Even though its dark, but the colors on everything was so delicious.
- Gameplay
- The gameplay is pretty smooth so far. I had a few hiccups where my character would freeze, but it would go away. I was able to play well on my PS5. I enjoyed being more of the victim than family as I enjoy trying to outrun that damn leatherface. I enjoyed this game very well!
- Cross Play
- This is what I liked most as I’m able to play not only with people who have the game on Ps5 but also with people on PC and Xbox. I met some cool people while playing with or against them on various matches. I thought it was cute just talking to random people about the game and lore too.
