Starlair is a Metroidvania where the players create the worlds. You play as a bounty hunter traveling the galaxy looking for adventure – and riches. Every planet in the galaxy is created by another player. Either play or build – or both! It’s up to you.

The world creator allows you to build your own Metroidvania style adventure game – with potentially dozens of hours of gameplay, and then upload it to the Starlair universe to challenge players. Each world will have unique rewards that will entice many bounty hunters to visit. They’ll be able to harvest resources which allows them to upgrade their player and ship.

I’m enjoying Starlair as I do love to create my own worlds and build them from the inside out. Starlair gives you that opportunity to create your worlds and fly to them in your ship. You can make your own levels, add music, and design your own character. You are the creator in this game and I’m loving it! You can also visit other worlds of people who created them as well. I thought this was pretty unique as you can see what others have built and check them out.

The movement of my character can be a bit shaky but I’m hoping an update will help that out. I’m enjoying the combat in the game as well. You will put a lot of hours in this game and its very addicting!
