Prime1studios in collaboration with Junpei Mizusaki the director behind Batman Ninja and lead artist Takashi Okazaki comes Senguko Joker. Here’s the story: Gorilla Grodd’s time displacement machine transports many of Batman’s worst enemies to feudal Japan – along with the Dark Knight and a few of his allies. The villains take over the forms of the feudal lords that rule the divided land, with the Joker taking the lead among the warring factions. The statues stunning design and beautiful attention to detail in my opinion really capture the characteristics of feudal Japan as well as the Joker himself, the sign its self is also really intriguing it reads “Dairokuten-No-Mao” when translated means Devil King of the Sixth Heaven which is the Devil King himself from Buddhist teachings. So if you’re a history buff and Batman fan like me then you would want to get your pre-order in soon, with only 750 of these bad boys up for grabs and they won’t last long so act fast.
