Trio Join ‘Smallville,’ ‘Charmed’ Standouts at Tenth Annual Event at Austin Convention Center, Friday through Sunday

Austin Litho 2019.jpgAUSTIN, Texas, November 4, 2019 – Teddy Sears (“CW’s The Flash,” “American Horror Story”), Kelly Hu (“Arrow,” “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”) and Drew Powell (“Gotham,” “Ponderosa”) have been added to the celebrity roster at the 10th annual Wizard World Austin, Friday through Sunday at Austin Convention Center. All attendees who purchase a three-day general admission, priority or VIP admission for the event will receive a full-color lithograph that the three stars will sign free at their respective autograph tables during the event.

All three will appear all three days of the event. The free lithograph will be distributed at registration and includes those who have already purchased the three-day GA, priority or VIP admissions as well as new buyers. Single-day, complimentary or tickets obtained from third-party entities are not eligible for the lithograph or autographs.

Sears, Hu and Powell join “Smallville” standouts Tom Welling (“Clark Kent”), Michael Rosenbaum (“Lex Luthor”), Kristin Kreuk (“Lena Lang”), Erica Durance (“Lois Lane”), Laura Vandervoort (“Kara”) and John Glover (“Lionel Luthor”), Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride), Henry Winkler (“Happy Days,” “Barry”) and Barry Williams (“The Brady Bunch,” “A Very Brady Renovation”) among the celebrities scheduled to attend.

Others on the celebrity roster include the “Charmed” trio of Holly Marie Combs, Brian Krause and Drew Fuller, Claudia Wells (Back to the Future), Thomas Ian Nicholas (American Pie, Rookie of the Year), and Samm Levine (“Freaks and Geeks,” Inglourious Basterds). 

Wizard World Austin will feature an outstanding array of programming, live entertainment, cosplay contests, gaming and more. Kato Kaelin serves as entertainment host on the main show stage.

Wizard World events bring together thousands of fans of all ages to celebrate the best in pop culture: movies, television, gaming, live entertainment, comics, sci-fi, graphic novels, toys, original art, collectibles, contests and more. The 13th event scheduled on the 2019 Wizard World calendar, Austin show hours are Friday, November 8, 4-9 p.m.; Saturday, November 9, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; Sunday, November 10, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Kids 10 and under are admitted free with paid adult.

Wizard World Austin is also the place for cosplay, with fans young and old showing off their best costumes throughout the event. Fans dressed as every imaginable character – and some never before dreamed – will roam the convention floor and participate in the famed Wizard World Costume Contest on Saturday evening.
