“Being raised in Southern California, I knew I wanted a beachy song,” states Tennant, drawing inspiration from the likes of Kenny Chesney, Thomas Rhett and Zac Brown Band for her new single. “When I was cutting songs, the guys that played on it were like this is the time Presley, you gotta lean into it.. So we cut it like this and I feel like it captures the feeling of a fun summer night out with friends. You may make some bad decisions and you say you’ll never do it again…but till next time.”
Presley Tennant, who has opened for Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Carly Pearce, Cole Swindell, Sam Hunt and more, releases her trop-country track “Bad Decisions” on the heels of a summer full of heavy touring in the southwestern United States, including Nevada, Arizona, Utah and California. Presley pinned the song alongside Michael Dulaney (cuts by Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Reba) and Aaron Patrick.
