At this year’s San Diego Comic-Con, thousands of comic book fans from around the world came together to celebrate and engage with both newly released and eagerly anticipated projects. The event promises to be a vibrant hub of excitement and camaraderie, where enthusiasts can connect with one another and immerse themselves in the latest developments from the world of comics.

 

These electrifying projects are seizing the spotlight with their unique blend of power, magic, and unexpected charm. These standout features are not only catching the audience’s eyes, but also redefining the conventions of storytelling.

 

The highly successful presentations of Lionsgate’s vastly different projects included a special panel from BORDERLANDS stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Kevin Hart, along with the cast and crew of “Borderlands” attended a special panel on day two of San Diego Comic-Con 2024 on July 26, 2024.Director Eli Roth and game creator Randy Pitchford were also in attendance to promote the film which opens exclusively in theaters August 9, 2024.Kevin Hart also surprised fans at the “Borderlands” activation booth by signing movie posters.

 

THE CROW starring Bill Skarsgard and FKA twigs released new exclusive posters to fans and attendees during San Diego Comic Con. Each poster featured a QR code that, when scanned, revealed a new film clip, “Tunnel.”

 

Paramount also gave an exclusive preview and panel for TRANSFORMERS ONE animated film featuring Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry and Michael Key. Prime Video’s THE BOYS season 4 hosted a panel and dropped a major surprise with the announcement of their upcoming spinoff, while Sci Fi thriller, ALIEN ROMULUS also hosted a panel creating an unforgettable experience for fans at the three-day event.
