NICKELODEON DEBUTS NEW SLATE OF PODCASTS BASED ON BELOVED PRESCHOOL FRANCHISES, BEGINNING WITH DORA’S RECIPE FOR ADVENTURE ON MONDAY, MAY 13

Preschoolers and families are about to turn up the volume with the launch of Nickelodeon Podcast’s brand-new slate of four original series based on some of the brand’s most beloved franchises, beginning Monday, May 13. Featuring fan-favorite preschool characters from shows, including Dora, Blue’s Clues & You!, PAW Patrol and Blaze and the Monster Machines, the upcoming podcasts will help make morning routines brighter, bedtimes calmer and car rides easier, all while entertaining kids and families alike.

Each podcast will debut with two episodes and continue to roll out one new episode each consecutive week, wherever listeners get their podcasts. Joining the Nickelodeon Podcasts’ portfolio are the following new series:

  • Monday, May 13 – Dora’s Recipe for Adventure (10 episodes)

Join Dora and Boots on their exciting expeditions through the rainforest as they search for the missing ingredients for some of her family’s favorite dishes, such as caldo de piedra (stone soup), arroz con huevos (rice with eggs) and maduros (fried sweet plantains). Whether chasing down Swiper or leaping through a puzzle-filled forest, adventure is guaranteed! Featuring brand-new music, Dora and guests will take listeners on a journey celebrating culture, food, family and the importance of embracing oneself.

  • Tuesday, May 14 – Story Time with Josh & Blue, Season Two (14 episodes)

Listeners will skidoo with Josh and Blue into storybooks where silly sleepy-time adventures await. In this official Blue’s Clues & You!  podcast, Josh will tell tales of Blue’s many adventures with him and Steve, sing songs, and help Blue (and listeners) wind down for a snuggly, restful snooze. Season one (11 episodes) is also available now wherever listeners get their podcasts.

  • Wednesday, May 15 – Nickelodeon’s Goodnight Bedtime Stories (20 episodes)

When the day is done, teeth have been brushed and pajamas are on, climb into bed and rest easy as Nickelodeon’s Goodnight Bedtime Stories makes bedtime a dream! Follow along with fan-favorite preschool friends from Dora (Dora, Boots), PAW Patrol  (Skye, Everest), Blue’s Clues & You! (Blue, Josh) and Blaze and the Monster Machines (Blaze, Crusher, Pickle, Gabby), as they go from playtime to bedtime with a carefully crafted mix of gentle songs, stories and nighttime routines that will make winding down the day special.

  • Thursday, May 16 – Let’s Guess Who with Josh & Blue (10 episodes)

There are a lot of interview podcasts, but what about one where the hosts don’t know who (or what) they’re interviewing?! In their very own game show, Josh and Blue will lead listeners through a series of guessing games to figure out the identity of a new mystery guest in every episode. It could be anyone from a talking school bus to a chatty chicken, and they need listeners’ help to figure out who it is before time is up. With Josh’s questions and Blue’s sound clues, the listener will lean in to unravel the guest’s secret identity as excitement builds to the big reveal.

Dora’s Recipe for Adventure follows the return of iconic Latina heroine in the all-new original animated preschool series, Dora, available to stream now exclusively on Paramount +. Recently renewed for a second season, the Paramount+ original series is now CG-animated and follows everyone’s favorite bilingual explorer, Dora, and her best monkey friend, Boots as they embark on epic adventures in a fantastical rainforest. Guided by trustworthy Map, Dora and her friends must work together to overcome many obstacles while being challenged by the sneakiest fox, Swiper.

Nickelodeon Podcasts feature the brand’s most beloved franchises, such as PAW Patrol, Dora, The Loud House, and Avatar the Last Airbender, among other familiar fan favorites.
