Morgan’s Inclusion Institute™ Launches Search for Inaugural President
San Antonio, TX—Morgan’s Inclusion Institute™, which officially launched last year at IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions), has commenced a formal search for its first President. As an initiative under the Morgan’s umbrella, Morgan’s Inclusion Institute is dedicated to empowering businesses, organizations, nonprofits, government entities, and others to integrate inclusion and accessibility into every facet of their work and daily lives.
“Morgan’s has unofficially provided guidance in several aspects of our community for many years. We are proud to have formalized that work last year with the launch of Morgan’s Inclusion Institute™. Now, thanks to significant seed funding, we are moving forward in our search for the Institute’s first President,” said Dr. Brent Fields, CEO of Morgan’s. “Embracing the ‘Morgan’s Way,’ the Institute will set a standard of excellence for fostering a more inclusive world and sparking cultural change.”
As a direct report to the Morgan’s CEO, the Morgan’s Inclusion Institute President will help to develop and execute a strategy to elevate the Morgan’s Inclusion Institute brand nationally, building an awareness and understanding of the organization’s certifications, trainings, educational products, and services. A successful candidate will serve as a strategic thought leader representing the Institute across market sectors and geographies – promoting, attracting, and building relationships that foster growth, impact, and continued influence in creating Ultra-Accessible™ facilities and venues. Momentum continues to build for the Institute while consulting on the San Antonio International Airport expansion project and working with other international airports across the U.S. to create better accessibility for travelers of all ages and abilities. More recently projects include providing Disability Inclusion Training for International Ride Training (a company who provides safety training for amusement park industry professionals) and on-site consultation for a historic attraction in California. The Institute is currently consulting on its internal project as well, Morgan’s Hotel™, the first Ultra-Accommodating™ hotel experience revolutionizing the hotel industry.
“We are always working with inclusion in mind. This is yet another way that we can help guide people and
work with them to realize the potential and ease of making significant changes to the world we live in to
include people of all abilities,” said Gordon Hartman, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Morgan’s.
By connecting individuals eager to create more accessible spaces with Morgan’s experts, the Institute aims to empower learners to implement meaningful changes in their communities and businesses. Key offerings include:
- Disability Inclusion Training
- Customized approaches tailored to specific needs, including scalable plans
