Newly formed indie publishing start-up company Lost in Cult informs that their
Kickstarter campaign to fund the video game journal [lock-on] Volume 1 has been live since 7th March.
[lock-on] Volume 1 is focused on the past, present and future of the PlayStation, all whilst featuring thought-provoking and insightful content about current affairs and the wider gaming sphere.
[lock-on] will feature an eclectic group of contributors in its inaugural issue, including John Linneman (Digital Foundry), Marc Duddleson (My Life in Gaming), Ryan Biniecki (Mystic), Adam Koralik (YouTuber) and Alex Aniel (author of Itchy, Tasty: An Unofficial History of Resident Evil.)
“Our aim is to deliver a collectible product that has both quality and design at the forefront of all we do”, says Jon Doyle, Director at Lost in Cult. “[lock-on] Volume 1 will be relatable, informative, academic, and entertaining”.
With 25 days to end and 54% of their objective already pledged due to the support of 175 backers, the Kickstarter campaign will help the publisher cover the costs related to the production of high quality content in [lock-on] Volume 1.
