Dance the night away at Ragga Cumbia Nites at Tony’s Siesta (206 Brooklyn Ave.) on Saturday, May 11th. Join event organizers, Handful Stereo for a night full of vibrant Reggae and Cumbia fusion rhythms.
“Our goal for Ragga Cumbia Nites is to bring communities together through solidarity and celebration as we highlight the cultural origins of Cumbia and Reggae. With such a deep connection to our city, Cumbia music is essential to our local culture and we strive to keep it alive,” said Briana Rodriguez, co-founder of Handful Stereo.
Ragga Cumbia Nites will feature DJs BittyScorp, Dani Gal, Cosmicaa and local cumbia band, Combo Cosmico headlining the evening with a live performance.
