“Strictly Combat” demo for KIBORG – upcoming 3D Slasher/RPG with rogue-lite elements. Play an endless arena with leaderboards and extensive progression between runs. Share your experience and help us make the game better!
We were able to get a digital key to try KIBORG: Arena for our Xbox Series S console. I know the game is currently free for everyone to try on console and Steam, but we were able to try it before it came out. KIBORG: Arena downloaded pretty quick to the console and once done, I was able to jump into the game. I started off first in the tutorial as always but this time it was quite quick and straight to the point. You learn how to move your character around and fight. Then your done and ready to jump into the Arena and see what you can do. The combat was fantastic in this game and LOVED lunging at foes with some sweet kick music!
The weapons were creative in the game as well where you had access to a sledge hammer in one level, street sign in another, pistols, and much more. I enjoyed the sledge hammer the most because I just love crushing the enemy. I know the game was only a demo at the moment but I feel this would be excellent for players to play when it fully comes out. I had a lot of fun playing the game and can’t wait until its out.

- Combat:
- The combat is fantastic in the game. I enjoyed using different combos and lunging at foes with such tenacity! The tutorials was quite helpful on using different ways to attack the enemy which is cool but once your in the game, you can do much more!
- Weapons:
- The weapons are a fun way to engage the player against the enemy. The weapons were also creative from a sledge hammer to a gun to a street sign and much more. I enjoyed just tearing them up using my personal choice the sledge hammer.
Con:
- Demo
- My only complaint is that this is only a demo of the game. ( I know I know) I really feel Kiborg as a full game would be exciting and have players raging over it for years to come.
