February 24, 2025 (Spring, TX) – Actor, author, producer, and Bad Boy Hot Sauce co-creator Sean Kanan joins the 2025 slate of entertainment at POP CULTURE CON on March 15 -16, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Houston CityPlace Marriott at Springwood Village. Film fans may recognize Kanan for his portrayal of Mike Barnes in Karate Kid Part III and Cobra Kai, while soap fans know him as A.J. Quartermaine (General Hospital) and Deacon Sharpe (The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless). - Jim Starlin– Leading creative force in the comic book industry for over four decades. Known for many iconic characters: Iron Man, Batman, the Avengers, and the Justice League. - Larry Hama– Writer, Artist, Editor, and Actor. Best known as the writer of Marvel’s GI JOE and WOLVERINE comics in the ‘80s and ‘90s.
- Angel Medina– Former Comic Book Artist for Marvel Comics and Image Comics. Best known for his work on The Incredible Hulk, Warlock and the Infinity Watch, The Amazing Spider-Man, Venom, Spawn and Kiss: Psycho Circus, based on the rock music group Kiss.
- Dave Wilkins– Art Director and Concept Artist in the gaming industry, currently works as lead artist on the ONE DND team for Wizards of the Coast.
