What is your inspiration to write your music? Is it your
surroundings?
surroundings?
We find inspiration in personal life events and stories based on others life events and experiences. We take them and mold them into a song.
What type of music did you listen to growing up?
We both listened to a wide variety of music
Leah: The Rolling Stines, Fleetwood Mac, Ella Fitzgerald, Beyoncé, Britney Spears,etc
Christian: Genesis, Fleetwood Mac, The Bee Gees, Barbra Streisand, Neil Diamond
Is there someone you looked up as a hero?
We look up to a variety of musicians and their talent. For Leah, Definitely Stevie Nicks. For Chris, Genesis, The Doobie Brothers,etc
If you weren’t a musician, would you be doing today?
We both have side hustles along with the daily music grind!
Leah is a nurse and Chris is a CDL/bus driver. Both day jobs are supplemental and don’t get in the way of our music career.
What advice do you have for our fans out there that want to create
music?
music?
Create whatever comes to mind. Don’t try to fit a certain genre or write because you think it’ll be a trendy. If it comes from the heart, it’s going to be your best work.
