Interview:
How did you get your start in music?
It all starts with a feeling when you listen to great music. Then you want to imitate that. You get your first instrument and you try your best to do that, before developing your own character. Professionally though, for some of us Spektrvm was the first performance medium, back in the teenage years when the band started.
What type of music did you listen to while growing up?
Each one of us had different backgrounds on types of music that affected us while we were younger. Some grew up with Rock, others with folk and so on, but the common ground that pushed us together was Metal and Heavy Metal.
What are fun stories you can share while you’re in the studio recording music?
Some of the songs that we recorded for our debut album, were being tweaked, up until the day of the recordings, with changes also happening at the studio, on each respective recording session, so for us it was really fun, after each one of us had recorded their parts, to listen to the changes that had been implemented on each instrument.
What is your latest song or album you can share with us?
So far we have one album, with 2 video clips, which all came out last summer in 2022, and while a 3rd video clip is currently in the making, and new songs are being created, the latest ones we can share, are part of that debut album, titled “Blood For Heaven”.
