Interview:
What is your inspiration to write your music? Is it your surroundings?
The RADA collaboration songs are written with inspiration in mind. Most people in the world seem to be going though really tough times or feeling an energy at the moment, the message in this song ‘Together We Are Stronger’ is to encourage humanity to stand together instead of tackling issue on their own. By supporting one another and standing up to adversity we can change the narrative.
What type of music did you listen to growing up?
I mainly listened to 80s music growing up.
How did the track ‘Together We Are Stronger’ come together, and what was it like to work on?
Many discussions amongst the team were had to create a song to remind people of a very important message. The message is to humanity is as follows, “You are to hold own your light, own your soul, own your divinity, own your power and move forward in the acknowledgment that we are all ONE.” We believe the song not only resonates with the message above, but also ignites a sense of unity and inspiration with a clear message to keep moving forward through life’s challenges. Creating the song through to final production was challenging and extremely rewarding. Building the song to include all the voices in the right space within the song, and to ensure that the flow and melody of the song is perfect is an enormous task. We believe that the team has done well and we hope many people resonate with the song.
What do you want the listener to take away from listening to ‘Together We Are Stronger’?
Besides the message above …to spread more love and happiness in the world. And to turn up the volume and sing each time the song comes on.
What advice do you have for our fans out there that want to create music?
Never give up, find your inspiration, be authentic and share messages that connect with society. Spread love and kindness and encourage your audience to do the same.
