Today, we sat down with Lance from Pyramid to talk fun stories in the recording studio, their latest song Rage, and much more! Be sure to check out Pyramid below after the interview!

Interview:

How did you get your start in music?

Lance: I got my start as a youngster at about three years old.  I watched my fathers band practice in our studio and from there I wanted to play music.

What type of music did you listen to while growing up?

Lance: Kiss at a very young age, Rush, Iron Maiden , Savatage, Dio..

What are fun stories you can share while you’re in the studio recording music?

Lance: I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and have ideas and music 🎶 in my head. Rushing down to my studio at 3 a.m in the morning. Tripping over everything to get the work station with the ideas 💡 that come to me is absolutely fascinating.

What is your latest song or album you can share with us?

Lance: Pyramid RAGE is a work in progress that got to the production you all hear today. As a artist I never rush creativity and adding all the elements both lyrically, vocally and musically was very methodical and fluent.
