Interview:

How did you get your start in music?

Some friends in school had a punk rock band. I was going to see them during their rehearsals and I enjoyed this so much, that I decided I wanted to start playing a musical instrument as well.

What type of music did you listen to while growing up?

Mostly pop and rock music that was on MTV. I was listening a lot to Michael Jackson, INXS and Alice Cooper.

What are fun stories you can share while you’re in the studio recording music?

During the recordings of the drums for our first album “Only A Dream, Can Kill A Dream…” we were inexperienced and trying to record the album on our own, without any help from a professional sound engineer or producer.  Our drummer in that album, Themis Thomopoulos needed to listen a click track and the music, in order to record the drums correctly but we didn’t have the equipment and knowledge to send the sound and the metronome click in his ears with earphones, so the solution we found was that I would be listening the track and would show him with my hands the metronome clicks. Sometimes, I looked like a conductor. It was very funny, but thankfully it worked.

What is your latest song or album you can share with us?

Our latest album is “Skywatcher” and was released last month. It is a concept album with a retrowave synth pop rock sound.
