Interview:
What is your inspiration to write your music? Is it your
surroundings?
I try to write about everyday life and it’s struggles and to convey that there is hope in the worst of circumstances.
What type of music did you listen to growing up?
Mostly metal when I was young with a solid stream of classic rock coming up in construction. My dad introduced me to Johnny Cash, Eagles, CCR and Hank Williams among others which all influenced me.
Is there someone you looked up as a hero?
My mom…she fought through he’ll for all 7 of her kids and to give us a life and I don’t know how she did it…and of course my biggest hero still to this day is Jesus!
If you weren’t a musician, would you be doing today?
Being miserable lol 🤣
What advice do you have for our fans out there that want to create
music?
Stay true to yourself and play what you feel and don’t change for anyone! When it stops being fun and enjoyable….time to reassess!
