INDIKA is a third-person, story-driven game set in a strange world where religious visions clash with harsh reality. It tells the story of a young nun who sets off on a journey of self-discovery with the most unusual, horn-headed companion by her side.
We were able to get a review key for the game Indika for our Xbox Series S console. Indika downloaded pretty fast on our console, it did have some weight to it, but its all good. Once done, we started Indika where we see a young girl falling and you have to guide her to these certain coins or stars. Once you hit them in a row, they grow and make a musical tone. Once you hit them all, your introduced to Indika and her story. I don’t want to spoil much, but this is a damn good game! You will enjoy it!
Our Thoughts
Pro:
- Story
- There is so much story in Indika that you learn more from simple interactions. Indika is a nun that isn’t treated well and has to work harder than other nuns. When she is able to given an opportunity to do more, she has to literally fight between the devil on her shoulder over situations. While your playing, you learn more about Indika and her mindset.
- Art
- The art is so good! Your like in a fantasy movie looking around at what you see from a distance. The developer did an amazing job on the art in the game and showcasing it in the story as well.
